_FATAL_

_DESCRIPTION_


Resolution: 640X480 Fullscreen (RES DOES CHANGE!!)
Size: ~1.5 Mb, Zipped
GM Version: :GM7:
Freeware: No, but this demo is showing all the game has to offer so far. (1 Completed Sector)
Play Time: ~30 minutes (So far)

I started this game after playing Fractal Fighter, and I was extremely disappointed at how boring it was... So, I decided to make a SHMUP of my own! Yes, I did use the walls from Fractal, but almost everything else is orignal. Smiley Basically you fly around and shoot every enemy on screen. The game has plenty of effects, screenshake, and it makes the game feel intense!


_CONTROLS_

Arrow Keys = Move
Z = Bomb
X = Fire
C = Shield


_DESCRIPTION OF SHIPS_





_SHIP 1_

  • Fast
  • Better Bullet Pattern
  • Slightly Smaller
  • Bomb is not that great.


_SHIP 2_

  • Moves at a good pace (Slower than Ship 1)
  • Straight Bullet Pattern (Not a con or a pro)
  • Extremely powerful bomb
  • Slightly Bigger

I'm trying but every time I copy and paste in my post it gives me an internal server error Sad

You're the guy on 64D, right? Nice to see you here too.

EDIT: Tried your demo, looking very good. The only thing I'd advise is to not have movement bound to the middle area, because the enemies are moving from the sides and the player should be able to go there as well, but it's up to you.

Also, the usual gun fire button should be Z, it's more comfortable, but again, up to you.

I found X better because both Z and C are next to X...

Wink I'll probably submit a new demo as soon as i'm positive there are no bugs

EDIT: After the video I made some changes, the bullets are now slower, he moves around more often, opens his hatch more often, and yeah

He is overall harder now
