Why?  Keep your screenshots in a thread dedicated to your game I would think... like in each announcement thread.

I think he wants to make a place where all the screenshots appear, incase someone wants to just go to one universal place as apposed to just giong to all the entries and viewing them there.

I'd post mine, but I don't know how to make an entrie...how do you do it? Anything special that you have to do?

Hi,

Not sure what you meant, but if you're not sure how to do a snapshot, a quick way (for a window app) is...

1. Make sure your window is selected
2. Press Alt+PrintScreen
3. Run MSPAINT
4. Hit Paste (CTRL+V)
5. Resize/edit/other
6. Ta-daa!

Right... so either people post in multiple spots or we now have multiple spots to go for finding information about a particular game.  It just seems to make more sense to organize by game, certainly it's easy to have a category (we already do) for this competition, under which you can see all the games entered and check on the progress of each one.

Hi,

By game, in their own threads does seem to make sense I agree.

However if someone has the time to manage a seperate thread that links to all images posted within game threads (and the other way around, i.e. images link back to that games individual thread), up to them, and it'll serve as a place for people to quickly peruse a stack of screenies. Just an idea though!

And to be honest, I don't know why I'm complaining...

It's an open forum and people can certainly do what they want

I'm looking forward to the entries, seems to be a good number announced.  I'm even toying with an idea of my own that seems like it would work well...

Last contest the 'post yer screenshots' was one of the most popular threads. I don't want to look at loads of threads, but to just see all new shots for a day/week in one place.

Screenshots are pointless in this case unless they illustrate gameplay, because last time I checked, the ones with better graphics weren't getting judged any better...
